Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

For returns from the contiguous United States, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For returns from outside the contiguous United States, including international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and properly insuring the package, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
